Andrea Keeley

Andrea joined Profile in January 2014 as an IT Pro/Functional Skills Assessor. Andrea's previous experience includes working as an IT Trainer in the NHS during which time she achieved her BA in Learning, Technology and Research.

After successfully completing the Graduate Teacher Programme in IT, Andrea was employed as a qualified IT teacher in secondary education before smoothly transferring to the work-based learning delivery at Profile.

Andrea's role is now largely IT Professional, but has grown to include delivery of other Apprenticeship programmes, including Business Administration and Social Media for Business.

In March 2017 as part of a Team restructure Andrea was promoted to the role of Centre Manager. Whilst Andrea will continue to have a small number of learners she will be primarily based at the Profile office in Broadstairs and will manage both the delivery and support teams in her new role.

Andrea is also Programme Lead (Digital+) and works with the other Programme Lead’s to ensure consistency in our approach and delivery wherever possible and to guarantee that all learners and employers receive the same high standard of support and guidance throughout their time with Profile.
