On Friday 4th October, former apprentices’ joined at Rochester Cathedral for the first Kent and Medway Apprentice Graduation Ceremony.
The event was hosted by KATO (Kent Association of Training Organisations) and saw 97 apprentices receive their apprenticeship graduation certificate accompanied by their families, assessors, training providers and the supportive companies they have been employed by. The event had guest speakers including Rochester and Strood MP Kelly Tolhurst.

At Profile Development and Training Ltd we got to see a few of the apprentices that our tutor’s had the joy of assessing over the past 12 months and had the privilege of seeing them collecting their certificates.
The apprentices’ that received their certificates and were learners with Profile were:

Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in School
Holly Carver – Hampton Primary School
Liberty Case – Hampton Primary School
Charlotte Dentten – Bromstone Primary School
Laura-Louise Youdle – Burnt Oak Primary School

A special mention has to go to our own Victoria Davies, who completed her Level 3 Business Administration earlier this year and received her graduation certificate. For the past few months Vicky has been a full member of staff here at Profile Development and Training and has really benefited from the skills learnt on her apprenticeship.
