This time last year, Profile were are the forefront of creating a programme and signing up apprentices to the newly released Level 3 Teaching Assistant Standard Apprenticeship which replaces the framework Supporting Teaching and Learning level 2 and 3 apprenticeships when the switch over is confirmed. We were one of the first training providers nationwide to release this Standard and get new / existing employers on board with the future of apprenticeship training.
This year, there is a new apprenticeship standard that has been released and again, we at Profile are at the forefront of creating a programme and introducing new / existing employers from the level 2 and 3 Early Years Educator frameworks to the newly introduced Level 3 Early Years Educator Standard.
We are proud of the fact that Profile are constantly looking to the future and constantly evolving in an ever changing sector. A year into the Teaching Assistant Standard and our apprentices are on track and our current employers are happy with the work that is being done. We are now meeting with more employers to talk about the new programme and taking on even more Teaching Assistant Standards for the next academic year.
Nursery World Magazine has released an article about the Early Years Educator which you can view below or by clicking here, but if you would like any information about our apprenticeship programmes on offer which could help both the apprentice and their employer then please contact us on 01843 609300 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We look forward to hearing from you!
