All businesses require some form of administration jobs to be carried out. Whether it is working in an administration department of a large company or the sole person responsible for the day to day administration of a small company, administration is a key role to any business.
Profile offers training for existing staff to develop their skills and knowledge to support the needs of the company or deliver apprenticeship programmes for expanding and growing the team.

For growing a business through an apprenticeship programme, there are 2 options:
Intermediate Apprenticeship is suitable for those working in the following job roles: Administrator / Business Support Officer, Office Junior, Receptionist. This apprenticeship takes a minimum of 12 months to complete and as well as the Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration accredited qualification, Apprentices will need to meet the functional English, maths and ICT requirements for an administrative role.
Advanced Apprenticeship is suitable for those working within the following job roles: Administration Executives, Administration Team Leader, Office Supervisor, Personal Assistants and Secretaries. This apprenticeship takes a minimum of 15 months to complete depending on prior knowledge. As well as the Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration accredited qualification, Apprentices will need to meet the functional English, maths and ICT requirements for an administrative role.
A qualification in Business and Administration offers valuable transferable skills enabling you to work in any industry. It is an excellent starting point to move into management once you gain more experience.
