Whether it is working in an early years setting, a care setting or youth group the need to have appropriately trained staff is key to meeting government requirements and running a successful setting.

Profile offers training for existing staff to develop their skills and knowledge to support the needs of the setting or deliver apprenticeship programmes for expanding and growing the team.
