Sharon Nash

Sharon is the Advanced Practitioner at Profile and joined the Team in May 2010. She has worked in a variety of roles throughout her career and gained solid life experiences which help in her day-to day role at Profile.

During her earlier working career she was raising her family, working towards and gaining a First Class Honours Degree in Business Studies and Applied Social Science. Following her graduation she went to work in an IT drop in centre and studied for her Advanced Certificate in Education. Since then she has worked in FE colleges, a private training company and a secondary school teaching a range of subjects and levels from Key Skills Entry levels to the BA and Foundation Degree in Education. In 2008 she attained a Masters Degree in Education Studies. Sharon ensures that all Assessors achieve and maintain the quality of teaching that is expected within the Team and works closely with other members of the Management Team to ensure that this is consistent.

Sharon is also Programme Lead (TA) and works with the other Programme Lead’s to ensure consistency in our approach and delivery wherever possible and to guarantee that all learners and employers receive the same high standard of support and guidance throughout their time with Profile.
