Profile are specialist in the upskilling of those working in, or those that wish to work in, the education and training, early years and active leisure sectors. We have a range courses on offer, all of which are a blend of online learning, paperwork portfolios and workplace observations. In order to achieve the qualifications, you will need to be either working or volunteering in a relevant setting for at least half a day per week.
The Level 3 Diploma in Health and Fitness provides learners with a broad base of knowledge and skills to be able to work in a variety of customer-facing roles within the active leisure industry, including the knowledge and skills to be able to plan, deliver and supervise safe and effective exercise programmes within a gym or health club environment.

The Focus Awards Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (RQF) is aimed at those members of the school workforce who directly support the teaching and learning of pupils. The qualification provides the knowledge and understanding needed to work directly with children or young people in supporting the assessment for learning, developing relationships, promoting equality and diversity, and understanding how to safeguard the wellbeing of children and young people.

The qualification prepares learners for employment as Early Years Educators, enabling them to work with children from birth to 5 years and gain knowledge of children aged 5 to 7 years. It develops the knowledge and skills required to work with children from birth to 5 years together with an understanding of the expected development of children aged 5 to 7 years. The qualification also provides opportunities for the confirmation of competence for learners working towards Early Years Educator status.
Please click here for more informationThe Focus Awards Level 4 Certificate for Higher Level Teaching Assistants (RQF) is aimed at those learners currently working as a teaching assistant who wish to progress to Higher Level Teaching Assistant status.
The Focus Awards Level 4 Certificate for Higher Level Teaching Assistants (RQF) will provide learners with the knowledge and understanding when analysing and addressing the different challenges that classroom assistants are likely to encounter. Learners will also understand methods of working with individuals and small groups, as well as gaining essential insight into supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
